No cost, no obligation

A free call with a fertility specialist

Fifteen minutes on the phone with one of our specialists, at no cost and with no obligation. For people who are not sure whether they need help yet — and would rather ask before they book.

Why we offer this

Most people who should be getting fertility advice are not getting it. They are told to relax and give it time, they are not sure their situation is "bad enough" to warrant a clinic, and paying for a specialist appointment to find out feels like a large step to take on a maybe.

So they wait. Often for a year longer than they should, at an age where that year matters.

This call removes that barrier. You get a specialist's actual opinion on whether your situation warrants assessment — before you spend anything.

What happens

How the call works

Step one

You request a time

Message us on WhatsApp or call the centre. Tell us roughly when suits you — mornings, evenings, a particular day. We will confirm a slot.

Step two

A specialist calls you

One of our fertility specialists, not a receptionist or a sales team. Around fifteen minutes, on the phone, at the agreed time.

Step three

You describe your situation

How long you have been trying, what your cycles are like, anything already investigated, and what is worrying you. You do not need reports to hand, though they help if you have them.

Step four

You get a straight answer

Whether assessment is warranted, what it would involve, roughly what it would cost, and what the realistic possibilities are. Including, sometimes, that you should simply keep trying a little longer.

Who this is for

  • You have been trying for a while and are not sure whether it is time to seek help
  • You have a report or a result you do not understand and want it explained
  • You are considering treatment but want to ask questions before committing to anything
  • You are weighing egg freezing and want to know whether it makes sense for you
  • You are planning a pregnancy later and want to know what, if anything, to do now
  • Your partner is reluctant, and you want to be able to tell them what is actually involved

What it is not

Being straight about this matters more than making the offer sound bigger than it is.

A phone call cannot produce a diagnosis. Fertility assessment requires examination, an ultrasound scan, blood tests and usually a semen analysis, and no specialist can substitute a conversation for those. What the call can tell you is whether that assessment is worth doing, and what it would involve.

It is also not a sales call. If your situation does not warrant investigation yet, the specialist will say so. If another centre is better placed to help — for a condition we do not treat, or somewhere more convenient for you — they will say that too.

If something is urgent — significant pain, heavy bleeding, or a fertility question tied to cancer treatment that is about to start — do not wait for a call slot. Phone the centre directly on +91 90008 35000.

Useful to have ready

None of this is required, but the call is more useful if you can tell us:

  • How long you have been trying
  • Your usual cycle length, and whether periods are regular
  • The date your last period started
  • Any previous pregnancies or miscarriages
  • Any diagnosed condition — PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid disease
  • Any test results you already have, particularly a semen analysis
  • Both partners' ages

Please note. A telephone conversation is general advice, not a consultation, and cannot diagnose or exclude a fertility problem. Any recommendation made on the call is provisional until a proper assessment has been done.

Common questions

Questions about the call

Yes. There is no charge and no obligation to book anything afterwards.

Yes — one of our fertility specialists. Slots are limited for that reason, so there may be a short wait for a time that suits you.

Around fifteen minutes. If your situation clearly needs more than that, the specialist will tell you and suggest a full consultation instead of stretching the call.

Yes, and it is often helpful. Tell us when you request the slot and we will arrange it.

No. They make the call more useful if you have them, but the call is designed for people who have not been investigated at all.

Yes. Anything you tell us is treated with the same confidentiality as an in-person consultation.

Ask before you commit to anything

Fifteen minutes with a fertility specialist, free. The worst outcome is that you find out you have nothing to worry about.
