Why we don't publish a single IVF price

Because nobody pays it. An advertised package figure is the base cost of one cycle and almost never the amount that leaves your account. The variation between two people having the same procedure is real, and medication alone can differ several-fold depending on age and ovarian reserve.

Quoting one number would mean either inflating it to cover every eventuality, or quoting low and adding items later. Neither is honest.
