Why we don't publish a single IVF price

Because nobody pays it. An advertised package figure is the base cost of one cycle and almost never the amount that leaves your account. The variation between two people having the same procedure is real, and medication alone can differ several-fold depending on age and ovarian reserve.

Quoting one number would mean either inflating it to cover every eventuality, or quoting low and adding items later. Neither is honest. What we do instead is give you a written, itemised estimate for your own plan before you commit to anything — and this tool tells you what should be on it.

The most expensive mistake in fertility treatment is paying for a treatment that was never likely to address your actual problem. A proper assessment first — a fraction of the cost of a cycle — is what makes the rest of the spending sensible.
